Abstract:Output of innovation of small and medium businesses in the disaster area is closely related with input. Innovation output of medium and state-owned enterprises is large because of high input. In small and medium businesses, most of the innovations come from clients, R&D departments, engineers or technicians in the businesses, and third parties or consulting agents rather than public institutes, universities and public technological platform. Launching new products and adopting new processes are the major forms of innovation activities. Improving product quality, entering into new market, fining new growth points, and reducing costs are the major driving forces of innovation.
