Abstract: In recent years, although the wind-turbine blade industry has taken shape rapidly in a short time with fast-paced development, there are several issues to be resolved, such as generally weak capacity in innovation, lacking proprietary intellectual property rights, and importation of technologies and materials. Main reasons for these issues are as following. First, the domestic research institutes are not able to meet demands of manufacturers.
