Abstract: During the rapid growth period, through license production, joint exploration, joint venture and other ways, China’s fan industry establishes a local industry chain that more than 70% products are made domestically. It also forms an open innovation system of global research and development system combined with Chinese manufacture. This is very important for building the development route of China’s emerging industry. In order to keep the sustainable competitive advantage of these emerging industries, China should strengthen the generic technology development, build the comprehensive research and development center of integrating innovation chain links to support the industry and technology progress.
