Abstract: Since "11th five-year plan" , China's high-tech industries developed rapidly, the added value of industries already ranked the second in the world. The export of high-tech products ranked the first in the world. High-tech industries have high geographic concentration, and the amount of domestic enterprises is increasing .R&D funds and effective invention patents keep increasing too. However, there are still many problems, such as there are less and less high-tech industries in manufacture, and so on. This article gives related suggestions according to the mentioned problems.
