Abstract: Globalization of China's high-tech enterprises has experienced the following progresses: product globalization, organization globalization, and elements globalization. Recent years,China's high-tech enterprises have improved in following areas: products export, technologies export, overseas technical engineering contract, oversea R&D network building,overseas financing, international brand construction and so on. Meanwhile,they are also facing some challenges such as intellectual property disputes and so on. In order to promote the development of China's high-tech enterprises globalization, China should adopt following measurements. Firstly, China should afford legal and financial support for intellectual property disputes. Secondly, China should perfect the laws in restricting
intellectual property abuse by transnational enterprises. Thirdly, the government should help the enterprises in building a good public relations with overseas governments.
