Abstract:EU biomedical industry’s share in global market starts to decline and its competitiveness is weakening too. As a result, in 2003, European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), made the Enterprises-oriented IMI plan jointly with EU.IMI gathered government,market, research organizations, patients,and media resource together in developing the new biomedical technologies. This experience will give China some revelations in building industrial technology innovation system.
