Abstract: This report summarized developed countries adopting various policies to protect their domestic industries and support their indigenous innovation under WTO government procurement agreement(GPA). These policies include opening domestic government purchasing markets step by step,setting an appropriate threshold price,making supplier constraints and so on. These policies will give Chinese government pratical suggestions in making strategic decisions.
