Abstract: Recently, every county has enriched their S&T plans. The supportive ways also diversified. The risk investment has been used extensively in national S&T plans. This thesis analysed the specific practice that supports industrial development by risk investment in national S&T plans. It also gives some policy suggestions for the development of the supportive ways of China's future S&T plans.
