Abstract:This thesis, aiming at the growth performance of "New Industrialization" of China's provincial industrial sectors from 1985 to 2009, investigated the technologic efficiency and productivity level. It also explored the growth performance of China's " New Industrialization" from the aspects of regional distribution pattern, evolving laws, and regional difference. It pointed out the prominent problems of industrial development model transformation, the upgrade of growth performance, and coordinated development of regional industrialization. It also proposed policy suggestions in supporting the coordinated development of regional industrialization and industrial innovation development.
