Abstract:The report summarizes systematically how Jiangxi Province, by changing the governmental functions, innovates its scientific and technological management mode and working mechanism, meets the need of market innovation, and boosts the enterprises' innovation, etc.These are the main ways of implementing the science-technological innovation "Six-one" Project. On that basis, the research points out that, the association of the market readjustment and the governmental maro-regulatory functions, the strong organizing and planning system, the promoted integration of the science-technological and economic work, and the project management are good experiences of Jiangxi's promoting the strategic newly-emergent industries development, which is a good example for both economically developed and underdeveloped areas.
