Abstract: American patent system reform is bitter and sweet to China. On one hand, American patent system reform will accelerate the patent achievement transformation process of Chinese enterprises and drop the risk of lawsuit. On the other hand, American patent system reform will have negative influences to Chinese government and SMEs. This paper gives some suggestions like Chinese enterprises should build better patent strategies, etc.
