Abstract: In 2011, the development of global electric automobile industry accelerated. Increasing mainstrain automobile manufactures and government accept pure electric automobile and plug-in electric automobile, and accelerating the development of charging facility. This paper, through the analysis of construction process of charging facility in major countries, summarizes the features and trend, and gives ideas on China's charging facility construction.
