Abstract: Under the WTO framework, there are six agreements that related to China's STI policy, such as Agreement On Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Right, Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, etc. Since entering WTO, about China's STI policy, foreign countries mainly focus at technology standard, product recognition, government procurement,etc. STI policy makers should have a broad international sight, and expand new areas to open up, for better solveing international disputes. This paper suggests China to strengthen its international trade influence by utilizing the technological base formed by international S&T cooperation, safeguard their own interests by understanding WTO rules, etc.
