Abstract: S&T reward system is an important part of China's S&T system reform. This paper analyses the main features of international reward system in western developed countries, and summarizes the main achievements of China's S&T reward system development. It also proposes some thoughts on China's S&T reward system reform after discussing the existing problems. |
