Abstract: The next generation of peasant-workers strongly desire to integrate into the urban society. But they are rejected by the city government, schools only for peasant-workers' children, and community residents. The conflict between the strong desire and the public rejection is not good for the social stable. This paper gives some suggestions on city government to provide these children better education and social services.
