Abstract: The best way to improve the innovation efficiency is to form an innovation network. This paper analyses the two new modes of innovation network in European countries. First is to build an open innovative network, and form a cross-disciplinary innovation platform. Second is to build an incubator network, and meet the need of public resource and industrial innovation. Finally, it proposes some suggestions on promoting the development of China's innovation resource network from the perspective of developing national innovation basement, innovation service system, and innovation cluster, etc.
