Abstract: Government plays an important role in the development of strategic emerging industries. Government can guide the allocation of resource and elements through industrial policies. This will help emerging industries cope with competitiveness, and market must play a fundamental role at the same time. But there are also some other problems existing in the process of China's strategic emerging industries development. This paper suggests the government to rethink about the industrial policies in the next stage, and suggests enterprises strengthen their ability by innovation.
