Abstract: This paper analyses FDA regulations on Chinese medicine management and the main challenges for the current development of Chinese medicine in US. Because FDA will still strictly check up Chinese medicine, this paper gives some suggestions for the development of Chinese medicine enterprises. Such as to cooperate with US enterprises in Chinese medicine R&D, to adapt and perfect the review mechanism of Chinese medicine according to the existing successful cases, etc.
