Abstract: China and South Korea established diplomatic relations in 1992. Since then, the trade scale expands rapidly, the trade structure changes profoundly, and the new characters and new trends presents wildly. According to the customs statistics, this paper analyses the trade structure evolution between the two countries and the trade characters of high-tech products. Then it proposes some suggestions to promote China's high-tech industrial development and China's innovation ability.
