Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization, intellectual property (IP) has become a sharp weapon for national competition and enterprises' competition. Patent disputes will gradually become popular in market competition. Consequently, IP services for special projects are urgently in need. This paper proposes some suggestions on making IP services for special projects, building oversea IP early warning mechanism, revising the IP law, and perfecting IP services system, etc.
