Abstract: There are many difficulties in managing the farmers' professional cooperative organization. The organization itself doesn't have sufficient ability to deal with risks. Agricultural insurance can hardly help spread the loss. The risk management system of financial institutes and the governmental risk management mechanism have not been fully developed. The risk of loss often happens in the cooperative organization. This paper gives suggestions on dealing with the risks by cooperating with government and financial institutions.
