Abstract: This report analyses the seven regional characteristics of China's venture capital investment from the following aspects, i.e. investment institution, capital amount and source, organizational form, investment features, etc. It gives suggestions on the professional development of domestic venture capital investment institutions and on the attraction of private capital in the technological innovation.
