Abstract: Based on the study of the practice of post-subsidy, this paper deeply discusses the main problems of it, including policy orientation, object and scope, the strength and weakness, and the standard of the subsidy, etc. Finally, it proposes suggestions on perfecting the management system of post-subsidy, guaranteeing the safety of public finance, taking the full advantage of the post-subsidy mechanism, and encouraging the local areas to positively explore and innovate the mechanism.
