Abstract: Based on the number of graphite patent application during 2000 to 2011, this paper reveals the industrial development situation, hot spots for domestic and oversea technology research and technology development trend. It found that the technology innovation of graphite industry is very active. Enterprises have become the main patent applicants. The rear-end of industry chain becomes the key point of technology competition. In the last, it suggests to strengthen the deployment of graphite industry, promote the transformation of patent achievements and conduct the follow-up study of the technology of international patents.
