Abstract: Compared to the old generation of migrant workers, the entrepreneurial activities of new generation have very different characteristics. Based on the investigation, this paper summarizes the characteristics of their entrepreneurial motivation and location, industrial selection, the form of start-ups and etc. It also analyses the main problems that this group of people may confront and proposes relevant suggestions.
