129th Report in 2010: Proposals on Building China’s Innovation Post

Abstract: Through visiting the enterprises initiatively, resource sharing, and follow-up services, EU innovation post plays an important role in technological corporation and transformation between minor enterprises. Since 2007, innovation post, a technology transfer model, we had a trial one in Shanghai. In 2010, Ministry of Science and Technology chose 10 districts as trial and accumulated some experience. For perfecting the construction of China’s innovation post, this article offers some proposals as following. First of all, we should construct China’s innovation post combining the government support with risk investment. Second, we should communicate more with EU innovation post to get improvement. The last but not the least, we should make the law for intermediary services of technology and the matched fiscal and tax policy as soon as possible.
