133th Report in 2010: Exploring for the Implementation of Policies to Promote the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

Abstract: Technical intangible assets is different from the tangible assets, at present, the management of technical intangible assets is same as which of tangible assets. Meanwhile, in our country the corresponding policies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements lack detailed rules for the implementation. These factors restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. These problems are analyzed, and related suggestions are put forward in this paper.
