10th Report in 2011: Obama Government Support to Clean Energy Technologies Innovation and Its Revelation

Abstract: We can take that Obama government supports to clean energy technologies innovation and its features as an good example to solve China’s innovation problems. For developing clean energy industry, China should increase funding to R&D (research and development) of clean energy, grasp the core technology, and give financial support to minor innovation enterprises. It should also promotes the cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes, distributes R&D funds properly, strength international cooperation, and share global innovation resources, etc.
