48th Report in 2013: Improving the Financing Capacity of Professional Cooperative Agency of Farmers by Perfecting Its Internal Governance

Abstract: Capital shortage will not only restrict the business development of the professional cooperative agency of farmers, but also constrain its industrial radiation ability. Owing to its unreasonable internal governance, imperfect financial system and earning distribution mechanism, the financial capacity of professional cooperative agency of farmers could not get improved. As a result, this paper gives suggestions on how to improve its internal governance, such as scientific setting benefit distribution system, introducing external supervisors, conducting credit cooperation and so on.
