Abstract: This paper analyses the vocational loyalty of China's agricultural technology popularization personnel. It found that agricultural technology popularization personnel in the primary level have very high vocational loyalty and satisfaction of work and life. The further analysis indicates that this high loyalty is largely a kind of Passive loyalty. This paper analyses the deep reasons for the passive loyalty and gives suggestions on changing it, such as establishing an effective incentive mechanism, improving the income of agricultural technology popularization personnel, reforming the social welfare system of agricultural technology popularization institute in the primary level, and etc.
