CISTRAT is going to hold its fifth international training workshop from November 1 to 18 this year.

The workshop will provide training courses on the 13th FYP, reform of S&T system, indicators of S&T statistics, S&T finance, regional S&T development, S&T talent management, and technology foresight to participants from China and other developping countries.
