Abstract: Public technology program aims at improving social interests and benefits. It is a social program carried out by nongovernmental organizations. The article proposes several recommendations on organizational management studies and provides a decision-making framework for organizational management of these programs based on the analysis of the programs in developed countries and different models identified as suitable for specific type of the programs.
