61st Report in 2010: Influences and Countermeasures of Foreign Capital Inflow on Development of China’s Seed Industry

Abstract: Since China’s admission to the WTO, development of seed industry and related enterprises in China have been greatly impacted by the integration of China’s and international seed market and the entry of foreign multinational seed corporations with their powerful strength, mature management model, and high-tech seeds. With analysis of influences on China’s seed market from those multinational corporations, the article proposes several recommendations for promoting the development of seed industry in China.
