Abstract: Beijing peasants have little desire to improve their spiritual life and their individual skills. Families from different education background have different spiritual life. The more education they have, the better spiritual life they have, and the more they demand. What's more, they are not willing spend a lot in improving their spiritual life. According to these features, this article gives some policy suggestions.
