Abstract: Launching private consumption is very important in developing new energy vehicles. Private consumption has not been started entirely in China yet. Not only because there are core technologies need to be broken through, but also there are other problems need to be considered like economy,stability, convenience,and so on . As a result, national car and agricultural vehicle are developed prior in China. Government makes different market policies in different areas. This article proposes policy suggestions on launching private consumption on new energy vehicles from various aspects.
