Abstract: Since reform, under the restraint of land and environment, China's agriculture still growed steadily. This is closely related to agricultural technology progress and Chinese government's sustained investing for agriculture scientific research. Basing on the analysis of the investment situation of agriculture scientific research since 1990s, we found that agriculture scientific research efficiency has been largely improved. Comparing with other countries' agriculture scientific research, this thesis gives some suggestions for better development of Chinese agriculture scientific research.
