Abstract: Developing an innovative Xinjiang is the internal demand to realize the leap forward development in Xinjiang.In the process of economic development in Xinjiang, industrialization is slow with the obvious contradiction of the industrial structure, water scarcity, fragile ecological environment,uneven regional development,and serious brain drain issues. But Xinjiang has its own advantages such as geographic advantage, resource superiority,national strategic advantage, and policy environmental advantage. This report gives some suggestions on how to develop an innovative Xinjiang.
