Abstract: This article has studied systematically the project settings of the Innovation Fund of China's S&T SMEs since its establishment of more than ten years ago. It also points out some problems as well as offering some suggestions for the Innovation Fund's improvement, by taking experience from the way how America, Britain and some other countries do to support their science-technological SMEs' innovation.
