Abstract: Since financial crisis exploded in 2008, the capitalist economic development model has been adjusted. Anglo-Saxon model is believed the source of financial crisis, while Rhineland Capitalism has increasingly been valued because it emphasizes innovation and entity economy development. The transformation of Capitalism development model will produce huge impacts to the world economic development. China should clealy see this new trend and adopt effective countermeasures.
