Abstract: "Double Reverse" investigation gradually becomes an import way for some countries like America to suppress China's export. GPX International Tire Co. winning the "Double Reverse" investigation reversed the situation of anti-subsidy from Chinese enterprises. This paper analyses its revelation for China's industrial development.
