Abstract: Japan accomplished the 9th technological forecast in 2010. Its technological forecast method and enforcement become increasingly mature, providing a good support for Japanese S&T policy and S&T developmental strategy. This paper introduces the innovation and deployment of Japanese 9th technological forecast in method and content, in order to provide important revelation for other countries to conduct technological forecast activity and make S&T strategies.
