Abstract: Global R&D is moving toward the east. Asia is becoming the new global R&D center. This paper proposes some strategies for China to lead the global R&D center, such as taking the benefit of the geographical advantages, improving the quality of technological products, attracting R&D investment, and cultivating innovative enterprises in key industries.
