Abstract: Reindustrialization strategy of America gradually stimulates its economic recovery. But the further implementation is restricted by insufficient mature engineers and European debt crisis. If reindustrialization strategy continues, it will worse the competition in high-tech industries between America and China, and also bring more trade disputes. This paper gives some suggestions on how to build the common interest for both America and China.
