Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper found that professional flow is conductive to improving S&T professionals' income and working performance, and changing the job satisfaction and job burnout sense. It is very good for personal career development. But at the same time, the frequent flow could bring some passive influences for personal development and the employers' benefit. Hence, the flow should be considered carefully and seriously.
