Abstract: Based on the investigation of "STI Industrial Chain Demonstration Project" in Sichuan Province, this paper analyses its innovation method and the mechanism of the combination of industries, universities and research institutes. It gives suggestions on promoting agricultural STI and industrialization and deepening the regional combination of technology and economy.
