Abstract: In June 2013, US and EU initiated the negotiation of TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Invest-ment Partnership), aiming at improving the economic and social benefits of US and EU and making a new generation of international trade rules. The economic scale of US and EU, the prospective earnings of TTIP and the international rules for 21st century will influence the global economic landscape. This paper suggests that China should pay attention the new international rules and comprehensively assess the influence of TTIP on China's economic development.
